Outbound Flight from Beijing Has a Connection in Urumqi

I plan on getting a Chinese Visa for my stay in BJ in June, however I've read that the requirements for that visa include a flight out of China that is already paid for. I will be flying to Istanbul after my stay in BJ, but I have a stopover/connection in Urumqi in western China on the way.

So my question is this: Will I have any difficulty getting a Chinese Visa because my outbound flight isn't directly out of the country and has a stopover/connection in Urumqi?
