Do you refer to HK-Macao Ferry Terminal near Sheung Wan? If so, it is not that far from your hotel. You can walk to Sheung Wan mtr station to take Island Line to Central, where transfer to Tsuen Wan line to get off at Tsim Sha Tsui. Then you can walk to Chungking Mansions to find your hostel.

Well, to the peak, you can use Tsuen Wan line to Central and then walk to the Garden Road to catch the cable car onto the peak.

Honestly, your hotel seems not have a good location, not that near to either of the ferry terminals. Though, comparatively, China Ferry Terminal shall be a better choice.

Walk from your hotel to MILLENNIUM CITY bus stop to take bus no. 14 to get off at CHINA FERRY TERMINAL BUS TERMINUS and then walk to the ferry terminal to catch a ferry to Macao. Or walk for 10-15min from ur hotel to Ngau Tau Kok mtr station to take Kwun Tong line to Yau Ma Tei, where transfer to Island Line to Tsim Sha Tsui. Then walk to China Ferry Terminal.
