Location: PEK, Status: NULL; My item number is: RC818125507CN

I ordered something from China and have been tracking it online. It's over a month that the location is PEK and status NULL. The destination in Italy. Can anyone help?

There is no better method than waiting patiently.
The transfering process usually takes about three to four weeks, but sometime, it take long. It is hard to predict the exact time. So you may just need to wait.
