Hong Kong visa for Nepali studying in Busan

Hi, my son (13 years) needs to visit Hong Kong with his school friends and teacher for couple of days.

1. Where can we submit his application?
2. Does he need to visit the Embassy or his parents/guardians can file his application?
3. Does he needs the application filled by the sponsor?

Our nationality is Nepal. and currently, we live in Busan. My son is a middle school student here in Busan, and holds Korean Alien Registration Card with F-3 Visa valid till March 2015.

Appreciate your help!

Hi, the application should be submitted to CVASC in Busan, either in person or by his guardians or a travel agency.
Address: 5th Floor, C1 Haeundae I'PARK 1408 U-dong, Haeundae, Busan
The application form can be signed by parents or guardians.

Dear Abel,
Thanks a lot for your response and guidance. Couple of days ahead I had visited CVASC, Busan but was of no use as I hardly could get any help. Anyway, I will once again visit that place and hope to have a better luck this time.
Regards!
