at 9 pm after my cruise, How much taxi costs from Oriental pearl tv tower dock to the east Nanjing road ?

is there any option to come back in sight seeing bus ?

The taxi fare is around 25 to 30RMB after 21:00.
After 21:00, there is no sightseeing bus, so you need to use other method, such as taxi or subway trains.
