Hi I am an australian citizen living in Zhuhai I want to get a tourist visa to go to Kiev

Can i do this in China or Hong Kong?

How long does it take?

I need to keep my passport with me so how do I solve this problem?

Hi, you have to apply from the embassy in Beijing. As I know, regular processing takes about 3 weeks.
