Collection Status more than 10 days

Hi,

Could you please help me to understand why my package stucked in status Collection more than 10 days? It is normal? It is possible to speed up the delivery?

Usually, it is impossible to take such a long time for collection. I believe your parcel has moved, but the online information was not timely updated. At present, you can do nothing but wait!
