The tracking information shown, in English, on the official website of China Post is translated from tracking status in Chinese language. Due to this difference of languages, all information cannot be translated successfully. TCG’s tracking tool borrows the original Chinese status and translates them into simple and understandable English terms.

So “NULL” is a technical problem of the website, not your parcel. Also if the package has left China it can be shown as ' NULL' , since the tracking information can no longer be updated while the package is in transit.
