Can't track down from PEK

It has been 3 weeks now that all parcel tracking sites show me it's location as PEK. It has not reached Lithuania yet since our post office have no information about the parcel. Does anyone know how to track down the supposedly missing parcel?

Thank you. But is it normal for a parcel to be in transit for 3 weeks not reaching ANY place?

If your package with the Tracking number (provided) has left Beijing, China there there is really no method to track it while it is in transit. This is similar for all Shipment tracking websites. The reason for this is the fact that once a package is in transit, the shipping companies also do not know where exactly it could be.
