Transport from Meizhou to Shanghai by train/bus

We would like to travel round China from MZ to Shanghai by train in middle of May 14. Our planning is to:-
1) Yongding to see the tulous. Where are the tulous & how can we go there?
2) Stay in Fuzhou & then go to Quanzhou, Chongwu by bus. Please let us know the bus time table & where is the bus stops & last bus back to Fuzhou?
3) Wuyishan for 2 or 3 nights - What are the highlights there?
4) Lishui In Zhejiang. Is it worth to pay a visit there & what is there to be seen?
Thanks a lot for your help.

The Tulou are scattered in the villages of Yongding county. Upon reaching Meizhou, you can find three trains to Yongding County and the trains are at K198/K199, K232/K229, K297/K300. These trains will reach Yongding in around two hours. After reaching Yongding, you can hire a local car to take you to travel. The Chengqi Tower is a representative one.

From Fuzhou North Bus Station, there are frequent buses to Quanzhou. The buses are at 06:10, 07:50, 08:40, 09:30, 10:10, 10:50, 11:30, 12:50, 13:30, 14:50, 16:20, 17:00, 20:20 and 20:40. The buses from Quanzhou to Chongwu are at before 18:20 and 18:30. For this trip, it is suggested to go to the bus station to confirm the timetable in advance.

For Wuyishan, the Wuyi Canyon, Mount Longjing, Ancient Xiamei Folk Buildings cannot be missed. Besides, the local tea is worth tasting.

I think Lishui is worth visiting and the Yunhe terrace of Lishui city is a better choice to see.
