About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Hi My Post did not reach was shipped 10 days back

Hi
I have different tracking reference from china post airmail.
None of the posts got delivered yet ,

RC749511410CN
RC866493679CN
RC574139592CN

When will i get them .
HOw long does it generally take .

RC749511410CN and RC866493679CN have been dispatched from Hangzhou on Apr. 23!

RC574139592CN was dispatched from Guangzhou on May 1.

To my experience, you still need wait for around two weeks to receive your packages!

I have the same issue,my parcel stucks since 3 weeks in *Dispatching*,in Hangzhou.After i contacted china-mail Hangzhou,it seems they have a lot of trouble sending out parcels (new rules about airline shippment).Dispatching doesn't mean it's on his way to destination.It can stuck in costum control,at the sorting center,at the airport waiting for airline space,ore even worster it returned to sender.Some even get lost.If its not arrived in time,dont hasitate to claim a refund.After 45 days it will be difficult to get your money back if items are not recieved.Normally it takes around 16 -26 days.Thats my experience,i make business many years with china.And the shipping time getting worster every year.
