How long it will take for a SAL parcel shipped from China to USA?

I have a parcel mailed out from Beijing @ March 25th, tracking number is CP324775397CN, it been a month. from the description above, it's said "Usually it takes 15 – 20 working days", so could please help me with this? where is it right now? thanks!

Don't worry. I've searched on the internet, the parcel has been processed through the facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 6:29 pm on April 26, 2017.
