About:Year of the Dragon

Should I be dragon?

I was born February 4 2000 and that was the first day of tiger month (which is the first month of the year). Also I was born at 11:27am
My family says I'm dragon (at least my Chinese side)

No, you should be a rabbit. The sign is decided by your lunar DOB, which should be December 29,1999, the year of rabbit!
