i want to know what is "NULL", my track number is RC746709577CN

hi sir my parcel status they said is "NULL" when i track it. can somebody help me i'm from Philippines

It means that your package was delivered to Guangzhou Airport (CAN) for customs check, after which it would be sent overseas! Just wait for one more week and it will possibly arrive!
