About:Chinese Consulate in Chicago

there is only room for one address on the application so what should we do..

also it says on the visa application they want to know where exactly we are staying for our time in china. we wanted to stay a week in Beijing and a week in Shanghai.

Hi, this information should be filled in Part 2 of the V.2013 application form, item 2.6. with the date and detailed address. There are 5 rooms in total.
