What is the best mode of transport from Xiamen railway station to Tong An for 5 adults?

It is suggested to use the local public bus. From the railway station, you can take the bus line 629 to reach Tong An Qu Zhengfu (Government of Tong'an District) Station. Then you can go anywhere you want to go.
This method may take a long time, but it is the cheapest one.
