ICN to PEK to Ho Chi Minh (via Guangzhou)

I am flying from ICN to PEK (staying 58 hours), then flying to Ho Chi Minh City but changing planes in Guangzhou on the way. Does this qualify for a free transit visa in Beijing? Or do I need to pay for a tourist L?

No, this itinerary does not apply to the free transit in beijing. You have to apply for either a transit G or tourist L for this visit.
