May Day and post office deliveries

Hello, I want to order some dresses via EPacket but the chinese store said that there will be delays due to the Chinese Holiday May Day. Is this true? Will post offices be closed and stores?

No, the Post Offices and nearly all the stores are still open during the holiday.
