About:Marriage Registration in China

Put single on my affidavit instead of divorced. Is my marriage in China valid?

I am a US citizen and married 2007 to a Chinese woman in China. I put single on my Affidavit of Single Status instead of writing divorced and did not submit a certified copy of my divorce document. Is this marriage considered valid under China law?

Hi, if you did marriage registrated in China with the Affidavit of Single Status, then it is valid without problem.
