Best Mode of Transportation in Henan

I would like to know about the best transportation available in Zhengzhou to go to Luohe or Chuzhuang Village in Laowo Town Near Luohe City.

Kindly guide me as I would like to come back on same day to Zhengzhou to catch train for onward journey.
