About:FAQ on China Postal Service

What does status COLLECTION mean? What about my parcel?

China Post received my parcel 22nd April. Since then the status COLLECTION has not changed. What is going on there? Why is my parcel stuck there? What is wrong?

Collection means that China post office received your parcel. Maybe there is update now. Let me know your tracking order to help you further.
