About:Guangzhou Airport Long Distance Bus

Hi have 6.5 hours at Guangzhou airport and was wondering if there is anything to do for us?

Could we take a bus into a city. Near by?

Time is tight for traveling into the city.
It is suggested to stay in the airport just for relax.
