DO I HAVE TO FILL OUT APPLICATION FIRST BEFORE I GET THERE AND WHAT IF I FILL OUT SOMETHING THE WRONG WAY CAN I CORRECT IT WHEN I GET THERE IN CHICAGO TO TALK TO YOU.

Hi, round-trip flight ticket is required for tourist L application. The application form is required to be typed on computer and then print it out. Hand-written one is not accepted. So, better complete the form before visiting the consulate.
