About:Chinese Embassy in Costa Rica

Hi, I am a US citizen and a resident of Costa Rica, can i get a tourist visa in the San Jose Offic?

We do not speak Spanish, can we obtain the tourist L and complete the application in English?
Do all member of my family need to join including our children, or can we just bring their passports?

Yes, of course. You can handle all applications on behalf of your family members. As I know, English form is acceptable. But you shoudl better contact the embassy directly for confirmation.
