tranfer from t2 to t3 in beijing capital airport

Hello,i have 3,5 hours between arriving to terminal 2 and departure from Terminal 3 to Russia,is 3,5 hours enough to pick up the baggage transfer to Terminal 3 and check in again?Thank you

Please do not worry. 3.5 hours are enough, but you still need to hurry up during the transfer. At least, you need to have around 2 hours for the transfering. Usually, it is very crowded in BJ airport, so you need to hurry up.
