Where can I buy branded smartphones in Beijing and Xi'an?

I'm visiting China in July but I want to buy a cheap branded smartphone there.
What is the best place to buy a smartphone?

In Xian, the Seg Market is the best place to go.
In BJ, it is suggested to go to the Zhongguancun Square, where you can find many stores selling the phones.

Probably you can have a try.
I think the function you metion depands on the phone's type, so you can go there to find the suitable types. Different brands of phones are sold in the malls I told you.
