About:China Civil Aviation - Regulations & Security Check

Can I carry 2 smartphones and each spare battery and 1 laptop?

I am transferring from Shanghai. In total there are 5 lithium ion batteries but 2 are spare ones.

It should be allowed to take them. But the power of each spare battery should not exceed 160Wh. Besides, don't put them in checked luggage.
