How does one get to the Spring Temple Buddha near Pingdingshan, Henan, Province?

Do you have to take a taxi or is there a bus or a train that can be taken?

Where do you start your journey?
Generally speaking, from Lushan Bus Station, one can find frequent buses for the Buddha.
