HK Central to SZ Luohu runs very frequently and takes an hour. Make sure to board the blue/East Rail Line bound for Lowu and not Lok Ma Chao. Details can be seen on the official website of HK MTR. You will need to change twice. Tip: pay for first class on the train platform with your HK Octopus card.
Luohu Train Station offers a lot of taxis and is convenient to get to the Dameisha Sheraton. Luohu is the furthest east standard boarder check point, so it's probably most convenient for you. A taxi ride will take about 30min without traffic. Avoid rush hours. The Sheraton offers a shuttle service upon inquiry. They can also hail cabs back into downtown.
Extra info: calculate enough time to cross the boarder between HK and SZ as well as back to HK. Avoid weekends and rush hour if possible.
