About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

What forms do I need to apply for Hong Kong Visa?

I would like to visit Hong Kong to present a paper. Can I get the visa waiver as a permanent resident of Canada like the Canadian citizen?

if not, what forms do I need to submit for visa application? Can I send my application by mail? If not, how can I get the visa? I am at Kelowna and can visit Vancouver for one day or two.

Hi, most countries are exempted from visa to HK. But if you do need one, you can submit application through Chinese consulate. The application form can be downloaded from this website or the website of Chinese embassy. Mail applications are not acceptable, so you need to apply in person or by someone else entrusted. Round-trip ticket, hotel reservation as well as the invitation letter are required.
