Airport transfer from Shanghai Pudong Airport to Rhea Boutique Hotel opposite in Hanzhong Rd Station

Hi!

What's the best way to travel from Pudong Airport to Rhea Boutique Hotel - Railway Station which is opposite the Hanzhong Rd Subway Station. I can see it's about 6mins taxi ride from Railway Station which has a airport shuttle. We have 5 travelers (4 adults and 1 child) and probably up to 10 med-large luggage bags (various sizes).

We would prefer a direct transfer but to save money, it's okay to travel by mainstream shuttle then cab the rest of the way. But is that cheaper? Or should we simply just hire a mini van/coach? We would prefer to gt a return transfer if that's the case. We arrive 5:30am (check-out probably by 6:30-7am).

Also, how reliable is an online pre-booking? We have friends who pre-booked but the vehicle+driver did not show up and she had to purchase another transfer ticket on the spot.
