As I know, the buses operating between Pakistan and Kashgar only available between Sust and Kashagar, so if you want to take the bus, you need to go to the Sust first. For the buses to Peshawar, I am afraid that I have no idea.

Sir thanks..need a little more information..i will be traveling to china with a cycle.. because from there i will travel want to have a cycling tour in at least few asian countries..i am taking my start within 45 days..can i get the china visa at the border??thanks...

I'm afraid not. You have to apply for a Chinese visa in your country in advance.
