About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Thai Air Bangkok to Beijing then UA to Wash DCs

Flying Thai Air Bangkok to BJ then transfering to UA to Wash/Dulles all in BJ T3. Will checked bags be bags be transferred directly to my UA flight?

I think you may use the different airline companies for your two flight journey, right?
If so, you need to collect your baggages in BJ airport for most cases.
But for your personal situation, you are suggested to consult the airline company directly. The Thai Air is suggested to contact.
