where can i collect the tickets in beijing

hello! i want to book a train from beijing to xian on 2014-05-25, 16:37
if i want to collect the tickets by myself where i can do it? prefer near Beijing West

You can just collect your ticket at the ticket window in the railway station by showing your passport! If you book train tickets from us, you will get a train ticket "confirmation link
", which is both in Chinese and English. Show this to the conductor and he or she will give you the correct tickets! BTW, you can surely collect your tickets at Beijing West Railway Station!

I already buy tickets from your website but have only some emails like "Tracking No. T140426339

Please do not remove the Tracking No. in order to guarantee
our better service for you."
The same are with tracking number and paid status.

I have no link.
Should I paid extra?
What is better to collect booked tickets on Beijing west Railway station or railway ticket office in Beijing intern. Airport?

We have checked your tracking no. T140426339. You have paid and no need to pay extra any more! For now, you just need to wait for around a week to receive a link from us with your train tickets details, because the train tickets are only available 20 days ahead! Please timely check your email in the coming week.

Since March 1st, 2014, train tickets collecting has not been available at the airport for foreign travelers. Therefore, it is better to collect at Beijing West Railway Station to ensure a smooth trip!
