I will lead group 40 pax from Shenzhen port to HKIA on June ? Could you please advise how to get tax refund for group ? what document I have to prepare ? how much I can get in cash from Tax refund ? Thank you so much

According to the regulation, passengers arrive at HKIA by ferry from a port in the Pearl River Delta (PRD) obtain a refund coupon for the pre-paid Air Passenger Departure Tax when they check in at the PRD port! Therefore, the refund should have been returned to all of you when checking in there.
