Hi, can a American and his filipina wife get a new Z visa in Manila?

I have a new job and need a new Z. My wife ( Filipina) is on my family visit type.We have been living in China for 3 years.Thank You!

Hi, you can apply for work Z in the Manila. But you should better contact the embassy directly for more details.
