About:Nanjing Lukou International Airport

Nanjing airport late arrival

I will be arriving at Lukou airport around 2am and am wondering whether it would still be possible to use the shuttle bus line 1. I am a bit confused as to how far this can take me. Will I need to get a taxi to get to a more central area of the city or does the shuttle bus reaches the city centre?

The shuttle bus line 1 operates till the arrival of the last flight, so you may still catch that upon landing. Just hurry up to catch it! It will take you to the city proper, but what is your exact destination in the city?

Many thanks. I don't know yet, I'm trying to figure out whether it's worth taking the cheaper late flight to NJ or booking an earlier one instead which will facilitate my access to the centre.

Well then, no need to get worried about the transportation! If you arrive late, the shuttle bus is still in service. It will take you to the city center and then you can transfer to a taxi to your destination.
