Buy bullet train ticket (Hangzhou to Shanghai) at Beijing in advance

I stay at The East Hotel HZ at 198 South Hushu Road, Gongshu District. I want to go to Shanghai on May 3.
Which train station is the nearest to the hotel?
Where I can buy the ticket?
Can I buy in advance?
Can I buy in Beijing?

The East Train Station is around 6km from your hotel and the HZ Railway Station is around 7km away! You can buy the train ticket in any train ticket office in Beijng or HZ or the local railway stations. However, if you buy the ticket in Beijing, extra CNY5's service fee is needed!

Yes, of course.
I think you can book on this website in the Train Section and then collect your ticket at HZ Railway Station.
