About:China Visa on Arrival

Am I eligble for the 72 hour visa on arrival?

I am due to arrive at Shanghai on the afternoon of Thursday 08 May, leave for Beijing the following evening, 09 May, stay in the Hilton airport hotel that night and leave for Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. the following morning 10 May. I would therefore be in China less than 72 hours.
