Please advise the best way to transfer from PVG Terminal 2 to Hotel Equatorial Shanghai and how much

You can take the airport shuttle bus line 2 to its terminal at Jing'an Temple. Then you can walk along West Nanjing Road to Huashan Road. Then walk along the Huashan Road to Yan'an West Road to find your hotel.
The bus fare is around 22RMB.
