About:China Visa Application in USA

Family Trip

I am planning the trip for my mother, nephew, and myself to China. I live in Kansas and my mother and nephew live in Oklahoma. Would it be possible for me to send all three paperwork to Chicago for a visa? Will I have to send the two's paperwork to Houston and mine to Chicago?
