About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Hi, I have 3 packages that have been sent to a post box that has been deactivated.

Hi

I have 3 packages with tracking numbers:
RB817293441CN
RC334690665CN
RC242874380CN

They have been sent to a postbox that has been deactivated. Is there any possibility that these can be re-routed to another postbox in the same city?

Thanks

According to the latest information, the first two of them have been successfully delivered. That is to say, you should have received them, haven't you?

As for the last one, the last update shows "2014-04-08 08:38, Emirates Crown Tower, Dubai, U.A.E., Customer advised to Pickup Mail". Then you need to pick up it on your own at the close post office.

Hi Daniel

Thanks for your reply.

But I haven't received any of the 3 packages.

As for the 3rd one that says Emirates Crown Tower, I did go to the post office and they say that they don't have any packages.

Please advice on what are my options.

Thanks

Oh, that is strange. The online infor should be correct. You'd better go to the post office to check the arrival of your parcels again.
