status still null but order frozen

hi again! the status of my shippment is still null. The most worring part is that my order appears ang part is that my order appears as frozen.what should i do or what should i expect?

Anna, the null status refers that your parcel already went out of China. It is coming to you. Once it was sent out of China, China Post couldn't provide further updates. That's why Null status shows.
