Catch up the next flight from Beijing Airport

My airplane from Berlin will arrive in PEK terminal 2 at 10 AM. And the next flight to Nanchang (terminal 3) will take off at 11h40.
I wonder if I can do everything (from customs to claim my luggage then check in again- I flight with 2 different airlines) on time? Remember that check in close 30 mins beforehand, means I have to finish everything before 11h 10.
