Flight Early, check in night before in Shanghai Pudong airport

Hi I am flying on a 7.30 am BA flight on 23rd of April, I would like not to arrive too late and miss the flight so and I prefer to come and check in with all my luggage the night before, what time may I do it? Thank you for your answer
