As I know, no regulations or rules say it is fobidden to roller skate on! However, there are usually many visitors on the wall. You may not have enough space to fully have fun of roller skate there!

Thank you for the speedy reply. If i am to roller skate, which section do you recommend as i have read that some sections are rocky and under construction.

Hi.
I hope you did skate the Great Wall of China. Where did you skate?
I skated on the wall the first time in 1994. It was great and it was possible. But I can not remember what part it was. This year 2018 (24 years later) I went to the wall (at Huanghua Cheng) to skated and hike. It was only possible to skate on a little part of the wall because it was to steep and to many steps. So that part of the wall can not be recommended for skating. But it is a very beautiful part of the wall for hiking (nearly no tourist). But I have seen a few youtube videos of people skating other parts of the wall.
