Please advise me which type of visa should we apply?

I live in Phoenix. My husband is a Chinese citizen and green card holder. He is in China with permanent jog since last July. I am Chinese with america citizenship. plan to visit him in July with my 13 years old son who was born here in Phoenix. and will stay with him for one year.
