why should you only stay at Beijing Tiananmen Square for half an hour?

But you can stay longer. There are not many attractions to see at the square. Instead, after viewing the square, you can visit the nearby Tiananmen Tower, Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao and Forbidden City, which may take you 3-4h.0
