Hi, Veny.
For the speed trains, do you mean the high speed trains? If so, there is no high speed trains between the two places.
Trains between the two places are K9031/K9034, T8308/T8309, K9024/K9025, T8316/T8317, K967/K966, K9064/K9065, K533/K536, K1373/K1376. Except the train K9031/K9034, other trains cost around five hours and a half to six hours.

Or I think you can also choose to take the direct buses for ZJJ from Changsha West Bus Station and the buses take about four hours.

Here is what I know: T-trains are express ones! It has limited stops on the routes, mainly in these major cities. Almost every T-series is equipped with soft-sleeper, soft-seat, hard-sleeper and hard-seat. While K-trains are fast trains with a top speed of 120km/h. It has more stops than the T ones. They are equipped with air-condition and the four classes of berths.
