waiting period before re-applying for visa that was refused?

If multiple entry tourist visa is not approved, can I reapply for double entry or single entry? Is there a waiting period?

Generally,  you can try to apply again 3 months later. But it is advised for you to apply for a single entry through a travel agency without waiting such a long time.
